I think that verse pretty much speaks for itself. It’s been a foundation for me when I’ve been weak and scared. It tells me I’m strong. It tells me that I can do whatever I put my mind to. It tells me that God cares about me.
I’ve had many times in my life where I’ve felt helpless, but this verse has always stayed in the back of my mind… a reminder of who I am and who God is.
